Hunter Moen is a 9th grade student at Triton High School. After having leg pain and several doctor visits, Hunter was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma bone cancer in January 2018. Chemotherapy was started immediately, and after several rounds of chemo, another scan was done in April. Sadly, the tumor had grown and spread to both lungs. On April 5th, Hunter underwent surgery to amputate his leg and will start chemotherapy on the cancer in his lungs pending full recovery from surgery. This is an incredibly difficult time for the entire family and all support is deeply appreciated.
