Scoops for Troops is a family friendly event that brings civilians, veterans and military families together in a shared spirit of patriotism. The 5K run and 3K walk will begin at noon at Eagan Central Park. Neil Freeman will be out at the event scooping ice cream during the Scoops for Troops Ice Cream and Pizza Social at Black Hawk Middle School Cafeteria.
