Total Country BOB FM Standard Contest Rules

BOB FM contests are intended to be fun and fair for everybody, and as such, there are certain rules that need to apply. These rules effect all BOB FM contests unless expressly stipulated.

Must be 18 years or older with valid social security number and valid military or Wisconsin or Minnesota I.D. to participate. Winners acknowledge that if they enter the contest under a fraudulent name or social security number they’ll automatically be disqualified from any current or future contests on BOB FM. Breaking any law, contest rule or influencing the outcome of the contest is against federal law and disqualifies a person from participating. Any person or persons in your immediate household or family may qualify or win only once per BOB FM contest. BOB FM contests are one play per day, per family and winners are prohibited from winning again for 60 days. Contest winners of cash or prizes worth 600 dollars or more may win only once in a 12-month period. You’re ineligible if you or any member of your immediate household or family is an employee of BOB FM, or its related companies or advertising agencies. If you’re an employee of any broadcast station in Wisconsin or Minnesota or if you’ve been a BOB FM employee within the last 60 days then you are disqualified. Should a prize become undeliverable due to circumstances beyond our control, BOB FM reserves the right to replace it with a prize of comparable value. Decisions of BOB FM judges are FINAL. Official contest rules are available from BOB FM during normal business hours, but will be made available in writing by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to BOB FM. BOB FM is not responsible for phone malfunctions. All tax and other liabilities incurred as a result of any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. In the case of a tie, a drawing will be held. Odds are determined by the number of participants. Prizes won on BOB FM are non-transferable and must be used in their original form. Trips and prizes are not assignable to persons other than the winner. Any prize or prize certificate not claimed within 60 days of winning will be forfeited by the winner. All prizes must be picked up during normal business hours. Tickets for events will be forfeited at 5 PM the day of the show if not picked up. BOB FM reserves the right to amend or clarify rules at any time. Your participation in any BOB FM promotion signals your approval for your responses to be used over the air and your picture to be used by BOB FM for promotional purposes. All calls to contest request lines may be recorded and become the property of BOB FM and may be played back on the air at a later date. No purchase necessary.
