How about 5 days of Fun! Thousands of people gather in Albertville each year to enjoy one of the areas funnest events. There’s something for all ages at Friendly City Days. For the sports fanatic there’s Softball, Soccer, a Bean Bag Toss Tournament and a 5K Run.
New for our 30th Anniversary year, AWF Wrestling will be in town on Saturday, June 10th to perform along with a RC Car Demo Derby. During the Craft Beer Night, Max Graham and Co. will play along with Willows and Shine Jar, couple of local garage bands. The Creeps will play after the parade at the Central Park Lions Shelter.
Back again this year the Local Craft Beer Tasting will be on Thursday night. A Classic Car Show will be held again this year along with the Fire Department Open House.  A Pedal Tractor Pull,  a Craft & Vendor Fair, Kiddie Parade, the Toddler Town, and Bingo will all take place on Saturday.
This year 32 Below and Tripwire will be the headliners. The Shane Martin Band, Mitch Gordon and the Unleaded Band, Crankshaft & the Gear Grinders, Ross William Perry, Max Graham and Co., and George Jundt will play a variety of great music throughout the weekend. For the kids there will be a Carnival, Clowns, and of course Fireworks throughout the weekend.
No great weekend is complete without Food. There will be a Pork Chop Dinner, a Spaghetti Dinner, Chinese, Greek and plenty of grilled food to choose from including all that fabulous fair food.
Friendly City Days is a great way to start the Summer. Albertville is a great place to meet your neighbors and reunite with old friends.
