The Ride launches at Noon, and the on-airport activities continue. Food, Drink, Vendor, and Raffle-Ticket sales continue awaiting the return of the thousands of riders.

Take your pick or try them all … you will find a wide variety of excellent food from some outstanding vendors.  It all starts with a Hot Breakfast offering from Maxx’s and continues throughout the day with choices that are sure to hit the spot from a great-group of great-food stands.

CAFFEINE & MORE IN THE AM … ADULT BEVERAGES POST-RIDE!

A variety of options for both parts of the day.  This year we are even including a Budweiser Beer Garden.  It’s good to garden … right?

YOU CAN RIDE WITH DONNIE AT NOON, AND BE JUDGED BY HIM LATER!

That’s right! You’ve seen his outstanding custom work and been to his show … now you can join Donnie for the ride and support the cause.
Donnie will also be a judge in the afternoon Bike Show. So he’s not really judging you … rather your outstanding ride.

You can never have enough music, and BOB 106FM will be on site with Country Tunes sure to set the stage for a great event.
What a great way to enjoy the entertainment while getting the word out “live” about the goings on.
 

Everett “Howie” Atherton aka ELVIS will be under the big tent from 9am to 11am.
One Night with Elvis (morning edition) is an energetic and entertaining tribute to the King.  Join us for a great time with the Best Elvis Tribute Performer around!

The Red Bull Wing Team will be onsite between 10:30am an noon.
Be sure to watch for the Wing Team and get juiced up for the ride!

There will be a flyover by the “T-6 Thunder Flyover Team” T-6 Thunder bring history, patriotism and roar to any airshow.

You won’t be simply entertained, they will leave you speechless and you will feel a part of the show with a once in a lifetime entrance from the sky. Patriot Parachute Team believes in giving back to those who have served. The members of this elite team of skydivers have all served as active duty Navy SEALs. As SEALs, parachuting into different and challenging environments was their duty. They have taken that same dedication, precision and discipline and transformed it into experience you are sure to remember.

The winner will be announced at 2:30pm and will do a Tandem Jump with one of the Patriot Parachute Team members at 3pm.  Will it be you?

Bring your camera.  Showtime is 2pm to 3pm and you are encouraged to check out some outstanding rides.  (15) different classes will be judged by the Donnie Smith Crew and editorial members of American Iron Magazine and Motorcycle Rides & Culture.

Our friends from Budweiser continue to support our event each year. We are very excited to have their beer garden available to all of our thirsty participants.

VINTAGE WAR PLANES

There will be several vintage war planes on display.This is a great representation of the types of war planes you’ll see on display at the air field during this years Patriot Ride. This beauty is a P-51 Mustang.

The Bell of Honor will be tolled as a sign of respect and honor for Fallen Hero’s who have given their all. Active Military, Veteran’s, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters and EMS who have made the ultimate sacrifice so the rest can exist in peace and safety. The Bell of Honor will once again be tolled as part of the Patriot Ride Afternoon Program.

 
The primary mission is to show the utmost respect and honor to the individual and their family.
 
As it was in history, the bell will toll 7 times to honor our fallen heroes.

Savannah Cole, Miss Minnesota 2014 is going to sing God Bless America to open the 4pm afternoon program. Savannah attended Brainerd High School and is studying physical therapy at North Dakota State University. Savannah has been active in Community Theater since the age of 4, participating in 18 plays. She teaches violin and has been a figure skater for 13 years.
 
She is very active with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital to raise funds for local children’s hospitals. In addition, during her term as Miss Minnesota she is working to inform and increase awareness of epilepsy; erase the stereotypes surrounding epilepsy; and promote epilepsy education in schools.

When the program ends, the good-times continue. Enjoy some great music by Emerson Ave Band, tasty food and drinks as the sun sets.
 
They performed last year and were awesome! Everyone wanted them to come back and they are.

See the Patriot Ride and surrounding areas from the air. There will be helicopter rides presented by MN Helicopters.www.mnhelicopters.com
Rides will be available from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. The helicopter seats 3 passengers. Flight times will be approximately 8 minutes. If there are 3 passengers the cost is $40/person. If there are 2 passengers the cost is $60/passenger. If there is only one passenger the cost is $120/person. In essence every time the helicopter goes up he is going to collect $120 and divide that up based on how many passengers he has on board.
